1- Technical and after Sales Support
Qualification Requirements:
Education: Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering. A Masters degree in Business Administration is a plus.
Experience: Has 5 – 7 years experience out of which at least 4 years in handling rotary machines services contracts
Job Objectives & Accountability
Ø Provide technical advisory.
Ø Managing service contracts.
Responsibility:
Ø Conduct extensive and continues market research to identify projects and special requirements.
Ø Do necessary presentation to promote Company services.
Ø Managing and handling maintenance contracts with the clients for current and newly installed equipments. Negotiate with the client for the terms. After client accepting the terms, prepare itemized Work Orders.
Ø Estimate the cost of repairing and costing of labor and parts state and review the contract terms and offers.
Ø Establish and maintain data base for servicing system to cover all installed equipment and customer claims.
Ø Coordinating with sales and marketing for clients updating, and collecting data that he can utilize it for improving the services of the company and to satisfy the clients.
Ø Coordinating with Workshop supervisor to ensure completion of service as per the contracts.
Ø Follow Company policy for servicing; identify the major procedures, and to handle warranty failure.
Ø Conduct data analysis using various statistical analysis tools.
Experience Detail & Competencies:-
Ø Has experience strong knowledge in compressors and its applications for sectors of Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, Utility industry and general manufacturing.
Ø Knowledge of the Kingdom’s market would be a plus.
Ø Excellent leader, results oriented and effective negotiator with suppliers and clients.
Ø Excellent oral and English skills.
Ø Age 28 – 32 years old.
2- Maintenance Engineer
Qualification Requirements:
Education: Bachelor of Engineering -Mechanical
Experience: 5-7 years hands-on experience in repairing of mechanical equipment with extensive focus and strong background of repairing rotary screw compressors, reciprocating and centrifugal compressors
Job Objectives & Accountability
Ø Assigned as a maintenance supervisor handling all activities related to the workshop. Ensure on time response for all services Work Orders.
Ø Increasing workshop productivity, and performance
Ø Effective interface with Customers, Suppliers and Colleagues
Ø Ensuring the quality of service.
Responsibility:
Ø Supervising the technicians team to repair machines efficiently. And ensure customer satisfaction.
Ø Create the workshop orders, estimate the repairing time, and time to deliver.
Ø Plan for internal manpower movement depending on work order
Ø Scheduling and tracking of Work Orders to meet the planned delivery time.
Ø Ensure availability of basic parts in the stock. By coordinating with the spare parts inventory supervisor. Avoid shortage of parts, issue local Purchase Order to cover the needs from local market
Ø Manage the workshop layout to ensure efficient flow of materials and equipment.
Ø Create and develop safety roles and procedures to be followed by all people in the workshop.
Ø Measuring the performance of the technicians and suggesting necessary training to enhance their capabilities.
Ø Visit Customers in site for repairing.
Ø Manage and arrange provision of maintenance at customer site.

Ø Energetic, proactive and hard working. A team player, presentable with excellent communication skills.
Ø Good oral & written English skills.
Ø Excellent computer skills. Able to develop and make presentations using computers.
Ø Age 28-32
3- Compressors Technician
Qualification Requirements:
Education: Diploma of Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Experience: 6 - 8 years hands-on experience in repairing and overhauling of rotary air compressors. Other rotary machines repairing experience is a plus.
Job Objectives & Accountability
Ø Assigned as a technician for compressors repairs.
Ø Effective interface with Customers, Suppliers and Colleagues
Responsibility:
Ø Able to inspect compressor parts and detect failing, i.e., identify Mechanical and electrical maintenance.
Ø Follow the instructions of Works Order sheet and the general trouble shooting procedures.
Ø Dismantling and replace deflective parts.
Ø Diagnose abnormal conditions in compressors performance.
Ø Setup and operate lathe, drill press, grinder, and other workshop machines.
Ø Check and test functionality of compressors [arts and do the necessary adjustments and calibration.
Ø Request the necessary part from store.
Ø Make performance tests for compressors and record results.
Ø Initiate release and completion of the service Work Order.
Experience Detail & Competencies:-

Ø Good oral & written English skills.
